Justin Banda, WELL AP, Associate AIA is a Chicago-based architectural designer and emerging professional working in the field of sustainable architecture. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies (B.A.A.S.) degree in 2015, and subsequently his Master of Architecture (M.Arch) with a concentration in Sustainable Design in 2017, both from Judson University.

He is currently employed at Legat Architects in Chicago, where he works as a project associate and part-time marketing coordinator, and serves on the company’s Design and Research & Innovation committees, where he also directs the company's annual Think Tank symposium. He is the 2020 co-chair of the AIA Chicago Young Architects Forum (YAF) and also works closely with the AIA Illinois Emerging Professionals Network, where he serves as the Chicago delegate. He is frequently a guest critic at his alma mater.

In 2019, Justin co-founded “Coordinated Design,” a design-challenge community on Instagram. In his spare time, Justin also self-publishes professional and competition work on his personal website, justinbanda.us.
